Fatamorgana is an 8% Imperial IPA from Swedish gypsy brewery Omnipollo, founded in 2011 by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin. Brewed with barley, wheat and oats for a full, hazy body, this beer is double dry-hopped and left untouched post-fermentation to preserve its aroma and flavour.

The nose showcases citrus, pineapple and tropical fruit layered with subtle floral hop character. On the palate, mango, guava and grapefruit take centre stage, rounded by light oat sweetness and honey notes. The finish is dry and bitter, with a lingering citrus and hop bitterness that defines the beer.
