Studio Oedipus No. 11 is a golden sour ale from Amsterdam, born from an experiment blending barrels that have been fermenting since 2016 and 2017. Oedipus Brewing, founded by four friends, is known for merging creativity and craftsmanship in every brew.

This sour ale balances complexity with approachability. The blend of slowly fermented barrels creates layered flavours with acidity and subtle fruit character. At 6.5% ABV, it delivers a warm, balanced finish without heaviness.
