Oedipus Pilsner is a German-style pilsner from Amsterdam-based Oedipus Brewing, founded by four friends driven by craftsmanship and creativity. Brewed with 100% pilsner malt and traditional German and Czech hop varieties, the beer is dry-hopped to enhance its character.

This bottom-fermented pilsner delivers a crisp, refreshing profile with subtle grassy, spicy and citrus notes from the hop additions. The malt foundation provides a full, pleasant body without heaviness. The finish is clean and relatively dry, true to classic pilsner tradition.
