Mannenliefde is Oedipus Brewing's debut beer, born from the conviction that beer is for everyone. Recently crowned Best of Show at the 2025 Brussels Beer Challenge, this farmhouse saison stands as the brewery's founding expression.

The beer combines lemongrass for crispness, Szechuan pepper for peppery bite, and Sorachi Ace hops delivering herbal and coconut notes. Fermented with champagne yeast and bottle-conditioned, it develops fine, champagne-like carbonation.

Mannenliefde drinks light and refreshing with fruity undertones and a dry finish. The distinctive spice and citrus elements remain restrained, creating an approachable yet layered saison that encourages openness and discovery.
