Blonde Bet is a blonde ale from Museumbrouwerij De Roos in Hilvarenbeek, brewed specially for the anniversary of Grand Café de Zwaan. The brewery has been operating since 1877 and continues to brew using original 19th-century equipment in an authentic village brewery setting. This beer displays the characteristic complexity of Belgian yeast fermentation. At 6.5% ABV, it carries more body than a standard blonde ale, with a balanced flavour profile where fruity notes and yeast character are distinctly present.
