Born To Be Hoppy is an Imperial IPA from Monkey Browar, brewed in collaboration with Perkele in Oulu, Finland. This DDH DIPA features Azacca and Idaho Gem hops, which combine to create a spicy and fruity character. The beer presents with yellow fruit aromas and citrus notes. The palate is full and fruity, with bitterness building toward the finish. It displays the characteristic hazy IPA appearance with a full body and lively carbonation. A well-executed double dry-hop expression where both hop varieties contribute their distinct profiles.
