Lucky Jack Extra Hard is an American IPA from Lervig Aktiebryggeri in Stavanger, Norway. This stronger iteration builds on their flagship Lucky Jack, brewed since 2010. The beer blends a light foundation of Pilsner and caramel malts with assertive hop bitterness from Amarillo, Chinook and Citra. Hop character dominates throughout, yet the pale malt base keeps it approachable. Unfiltered and unpasteurised.

The nose offers grapefruit, tropical fruit, grass and pine. The palate opens with medium sweetness before stronger bitterness takes hold. The finish is dry and crisp, with a lingering hoppy bite.
