Buried at Sea is a milk stout brewed by Galway Bay Brewery in Galway, on Ireland's west coast. This relatively light stout (4.5% ABV) marries the signature creaminess of lactose with pronounced coffee and roasted malt character. Bitter chocolate and molasses dominate the palate, softened by milk sugar and finished with a gentle noble hop bitterness. The nose is rich with roasted malt, molasses and a prominent coffee note.
