Eat The Salad is a New England IPA from Fuerst Wiacek, the Berlin-based brewery founded by Georg Fürst and Lukasz Wiacek. Developed in Berlin and now also brewed in Ontario, this double dry-hopped beer delivers 6.8% ABV with a bold, juicy character. The nose opens with citrus and mango. On the palate, mango, passion fruit, grapefruit and subtle peach notes take centre stage, balanced by light biscuity malt and a fruity, slightly dank and resinous hop bite. The beer is crisp and refreshing, making it an excellent match for salads, poultry and white fish.
