Dorpsbrouwerij de Pimpelmeesch has brewed beer by hand since 2000 in a converted cowshed on the North Brabant countryside. The Brabant Ale is a blonde beer crafted with the distinctive Drie Hoefijzers Klassiek yeast strain, which brings its own character to the fermentation.

This beer shows fruity aromatics with notes of apricot and tropical fruit. The palate is fuller than a standard blonde ale, thanks to its 6% ABV, which adds warmth and depth without excessive sweetness.

The name Pimpelmeesch comes from Brabant dialect: pimpelen means to enjoy and drink, meesch refers to people. A happy drinker, reflecting the region's reputation for life's pleasures.
