Sans Pardon Bourbon Barrel Aged is the wood-aged expression of De Dochter van de Korenaar's flagship imperial stout. This Dutch brewery adds depth and complexity through 12 months of bourbon barrel maturation, transforming their core recipe into something richer and more textured.

The barrel aging introduces subtle oak, vanilla and bourbon notes without overwhelming the beer's roasted foundation. Dark chocolate, coffee and roasted malt remain central, balanced by a pleasant sweetness that prevents heaviness despite the 11% alcohol. The finish is clean and lightly bitter, with lingering wood character. Bottle refermentation and full malt composition give it structure and presence.
