Fleur Sauvage from De Dochter van de Korenaar is a wood-aged IPA with distinctive character. This barrel-matured expression is based on Belle-Fleur, brewed with barley and wheat malt. After approximately 24 months of maturation in wood and bottle refermentation, the beer develops fruity hop notes complemented by vanilla and oak. A full malt body provides the foundation for this complex ale.
