Brouwschuur Ryedhead is a rye beer at 7.5% ABV from De Brouwschuur, the house brewery of Weerter Stadsbrouwerij in Weert, Limburg. The brewery began in 2014 as a pico-brewery in a wooden shed behind founder Erwin Strijbosch's home, before expanding in 2016 into a full production facility housed in a restored 1912 industrial building.

This rye beer showcases the spicy, peppery character that rye malt brings to the brew. The addition of rye grain adds distinctive peppery and slightly grainy notes that set it apart from conventional barley-based beers. At 7.5% ABV, Ryedhead delivers alcohol warmth and body that reinforces the rye's assertive profile.
