FF Lekker Wildj from De Brouwschuur is a fruited sour ale brewed in Weert with an inventive approach. From a single 2000-litre base batch, five different variants emerged, each enriched with its own fruit selection. This version was kettle-soured, cooled with a generous charge of hops, and strengthened with 25 kilograms of strawberries.

The result is a refreshing sour with fruity character and a modest 4.1% ABV. The interplay of acidity, hop bitterness, and strawberry aroma creates a playful beer that remains highly drinkable.
