DAVO Arkto is a winter stout from Brouwerij DAVO in Deventer, brewed at 6.5% ABV. This jet-black beer presents with a beige head that rises boldly but quickly settles into a thin, glass-clinging layer.

The nose reveals aromas of red fruit, chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, the beer shows sweetness and malt character with notes of roast, red fruit and raisin, yet remains soft and approachable despite its flavour depth. The finish carries a pleasant, dry quality.

Ark pairs well with fatty fish, spiced dishes and meat.
