Abbaye de Bonne-Espérance Blonde is a Belgian abbey beer brewed since 1978 by Brasserie La Binchoise in Binche under licence from the historic abbey. This blonde tripel undergoes bottle refermentation and presents as a refined, higher-strength ale with a golden hue. The nose reveals pale malt, candied fruit and yeast character. On the palate, sweetness and mildness dominate, with pale malt and white sugar notes complemented by spicy yeast and a whisper of citrus. The finish is dry and clean, providing balance against the beer's natural sweetness.
