Ad Normalum is a collaboration between Baros Bier from Sprang-Capelle and Nemeton Brewing from Waalwijk. The name means 'back to normal' – a beer that transports you to better times. This 6.5% IPA opens with a tropical pineapple aroma reminiscent of an exotic beach. The flavour is fruity and lightly sweet, with balanced bitterness in the finish. It combines freshness with subtle depth, without becoming complicated.
