Brewed since 2012 by Brouwerij De Graal in Brakel for Ghent-based drinks specialist De Hopduvel, Blondine IPA is an ambitious 8% ABV offering. The beer combines four malt varieties with Belgian and American hops, layered through multiple additions during the brewing process. The nose delivers hoppy, citrus-forward aromatics with spicy undertones. On the palate, pleasant bitterness takes centre stage, balanced by fruity and herbal notes. The finish is dry and assertive, with a lingering bitter hop character that defines the beer's character.
