Pater Lieven Wit is an unfiltered witbier from Brouwerij Van den Bossche, a Belgian family brewery based in Sint-Lievens-Esse. Brewed with barley malt, wheat and oats, it displays the classic pale, hazy appearance typical of the style. Coriander and orange peel provide a fresh, spiced citrus character. This is a thirst-quenching ale at 4.5% ABV with living yeast cells that continue to ferment in the bottle, staying true to traditional witbier brewing.
