Pater Lieven Tripel is a spicy-bitter Belgian tripel with fruity character from Brouwerij Van Den Bossche, a family brewery based in Sint-Lievens-Esse since 1897. This light amber-coloured tripel at 8% alcohol delivers a full, complex drink that reveals far more depth than first appears. The nose is dominated by spice and bitterness, with fresh floral notes emerging. The palate evolves from lightly sweet malt into an intense bitter finish.
