Brouwerij Troost has brewed this tripel since 2013 in Amsterdam's De Pijp neighbourhood, housed in a converted monastery at Cornelis Troostplein. The beer is blonde and robust at 7.5% ABV. Caramelised sugar, coriander seed and citrus meet on the nose in an intriguing blend.

The palate develops fruity, candy-like notes tempered by subtle spice from coriander and orange peel. The brewery works entirely organically, sourcing ingredients locally.
