St. Feuillien Seven is a farmhouse ale from Belgium, brewed by Brasserie St-Feuillien in Le Roeulx. This 7% saison draws on the brewery's long tradition of brewing, established in 1873 and inspired by the heritage of Saint-Feuillien Abbey, founded in the 7th century. The Seven pours amber with a generous head and reveals fruity and spicy aromatics. Brewed with selected malts, aromatic hops and the brewery's house yeast through top fermentation, it delivers a complex farmhouse character with warming alcohol and a dry finish.
