St. Feuillien's Saison Dry Hopping is a traditional farmhouse ale from southern Belgium, crafted by the Friart family brewery since 1873. This golden blonde ale is dry-hopped with Styrian Golding hop flowers, delivering a pronounced hoppy character while maintaining the elegance of the saison style. Secondary fermentation in the bottle creates rich, complex flavours with a subtle tang. The nose is dominated by hoppy, floral notes. On the palate, red fruit emerges alongside dry biscuit malt character and gentle spicing. A warm, inviting beer that captures the essence of Walloon terroir.
