De Landloper is an autumn bock from Brouwerij Maallust, brewed in Veenhuizen on the grounds of a former grain mill. This full-bodied, slightly sweet bock displays notes of roasted malt, toast and caramel, with a distinctive ruby-brown colour and creamy head. At 6.7% ABV, De Landloper delivers substantial malt character and flavour. The finish is clean and satisfying, without harsh bitterness. The beer was voted Best Bock Beer of the Netherlands in 2018.
