Bloesem Bink is a seasonal fruit beer from Brouwerij Kerkom in Sint-Truiden, brewed only during spring and summer months. Created in 2000 to mark a special occasion, this beer blends five malt varieties with honey from Sint-Truiden and pear syrup from Voelingen. The beer appears as a dark opaque brown with a thick beige head. Pear and honey lead the aroma and palate in careful balance, supported by bready and caramel malt notes. Subtle spice and floral hop character add complexity without overwhelming the fruit-forward profile. Soft and sweet-malty on the palate, with a gentle lingering bitterness in the finish. Every step of production is completed by hand at this traditional Haspengouw brewery, giving the beer its distinctive character.
