Brouwerij Holevoort in Bakel crafts this Tripel using only local ingredients: water, barley and hops from their own fields in North Brabant. Special nr.3 Barrel Aged matures for months in bourbon or whiskey barrels, developing deep, layered flavours. The result is a full-bodied Tripel at 10.8% ABV with notes of caramel, vanilla and subtle bourbon warmth.

The brewery operates organically and aims for complete self-sufficiency. Each barrel imparts its own character, making this barrel-aged Tripel a distinctive, limited release.
