Holevoort Special No. 6 is a tripel from Brouwerij Holevoort in Bakel, brewed with hop, barley and water from the brewery's own land. This beer is the result of a distinctive collaboration: a single 2000-litre batch of base beer was divided with Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo to create five different fruity variants. The aroma displays malty and fruity notes with bourbon character. On the palate, sweetness and malt combine with fruit-forward flavours and the warming presence of 10.8% ABV. The beer is golden in colour with creamy white foam and a soft, warming finish.
