Brouwerij Holevoort in Bakel crafts this Tripel using water, barley and hops grown on their own land. Special No. 9 Barrel Aged emerged from a single base recipe of 2000 litres, which yielded five distinct fruity variants. Extended barrel maturation develops the beer's characteristic richness and depth.
