Lazy Liquorice Iced IPA is a freeze-distilled IPA from Brouwerij Emelisse with an impressive 17% ABV. This heavyweight combines grapefruit bitterness with subtle liquorice notes, resulting in a dry, deceptively drinkable beer. The base batch of 2000 litres yielded multiple fruity variants through careful production.

Grapefruit and liquorice lead the aroma, with the grapefruit bitterness returning prominently in the taste alongside malt depth. The mouthfeel is creamy with solid carbonation, befitting the high alcohol content. Best enjoyed during cold, stormy weather.
