Tripel Plukker is a blonde tripel from Brouwerij De Plukker, an organic brewery on a farm in Houthulst, West Flanders. The beer is brewed with a single hop variety, primarily English hops grown on the farm itself. At 7.5% alcohol, it is a full-bodied yet soft tripel with a dark blonde to orange-gold colour. Fruit-forward flavours of banana and peach emerge alongside sweet malt, while bitterness remains restrained at 20 IBU, creating a pleasant balance between fruity sweetness and subtle herbal hop character. The finish is sweet and fruity, with a gentle, lingering aftertaste.
