Brouwerij De Molen crafts this saison from their historic windmill brewery De Arkduif in Bodegraven. Heksen & Trollen is a spicy and refreshing beer whose name reflects the playful character the brewers have instilled in it.

On the palate, sweet fruit and wheat notes are balanced by a well-developed hop bitterness. The finish is long and dry, making it an excellent pairing for lighter dishes and salads. At 6.1% ABV, it delivers enough body without heaviness.
