Dag & Dauw is a seasonal bergamot IPA from Brouwerij De Molen in Bodegraven, Netherlands. Brewed once a year in April, it arrives ready for the European spring and summer months. The addition of bergamot gives this IPA a distinctive character that sets it apart from conventional hop-driven examples.

The brewery employs American hop varieties—Chinook for bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Simcoe for dry-hopping—creating a well-balanced beer with citrus fruit and floral notes.
