Brugse Zot is Bruges' city beer, brewed by Brouwerij De Halve Maan since 2005. This golden blonde ale was born from craftsmanship and character in the heart of medieval Bruges. Brewed with four different malts and two aromatic hop varieties, it pours with a rich, foamy head and distinctive golden colour. The flavour profile balances fruity and spicy notes in a well-rounded composition. At 6% ABV, the beer carries enough presence to stand out without overwhelming the palate.
