Saison d'Erpe-Mere holds a special place in Brouwerij De Glazen Toren's history as the very first beer the brewery produced. This classic Hainaut-style saison is brewed according to time-honoured tradition using only natural ingredients: artesian water, barley and wheat malts, liquid sugar, hops and yeast. The beer displays a lightly hazy straw-yellow colour and delivers a characteristic hoppy citrus aroma with fine bitterness. The fermentation profile brings spicy and fruity character to the palate. A refreshing farmhouse ale particularly suited to warm weather, offering a pleasant and lingering finish.
