Cuvée Armand & Gaston is Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen's tribute to its predecessors. This Oude Geuze blends lambics aged one to three years, with the oldest dating to the 2016/17 season. The blend draws from eight different barrels and ten separate brews, creating a layered and intricate character. On the palate, a dry and subtly tart geuze unfolds with green apple, lemon and grapefruit notes. Oak, white wine and a whisper of smoke add complexity. Champagne-like effervescence and the interplay between acidity and wood aging define this refined expression of geuze tradition.
