IJwit is the refreshing wheat beer from Brouwerij 't IJ, Amsterdam's legendary brewery housed since 1985 in a former municipal bathhouse next to the historic De Gooyer windmill. This well-balanced wheat beer is brewed with lemon and coriander seeds, delivering a spicy, fresh character.

The beer pours golden and slightly hazy with a soft, fluffy head. Despite its 6.5% ABV, it drinks deceptively easy – a quality the brewery itself describes as 'dangerously moreish'.
