Amsterdam's Brouwerij 't IJ created this Double IPA in partnership with the two-Michelin-star restaurant Ciel Bleu. The result is a robust IPA with full, fruity character and considerable hop presence.

On the nose, melon and citrus notes emerge clearly. The palate brings caramel sweetness alongside lime and bitter citrus, followed by grapefruit bitterness and floral hop qualities. The finish is bold and assertive, with a lingering hop bite that leaves a dry, resinous impression.

This limited edition pairs well with fresh cuisine—particularly dishes combining citrus elements with sweet components.
