Abbaye de Cambron is a blonde abbey ale brewed on the historic grounds of the former Cambron monastery brewery, established in 1775. Reviving this beer was a long-held dream, realised when the brewery reopened within Pairi Daiza under expert guidance from Brasserie Dubuisson. The recipe draws on ancestral traditions and uses only malted barley, with no wheat or adjuncts. The beer pours hazy orange with a modest white head. On the nose, mild fruit character mingles with toasted malt notes. The palate delivers a balanced abbey blonde, true to its monastic heritage and brewing tradition.
