Delirium Tremens is the flagship beer of Brouwerij Huyghe in Melle, an icon of Belgian strong blonde ale since 1988. Brewed with pilsner, pale ale and Munich malts, caramalt, roasted malt and brown candy sugar, this beer delivers a complex and harmonious flavour profile. The taste is defined by roundness and warmth. Ripe banana, pear and honey meld with spicy notes of pepper and clove, balanced by a subtle citrus bitterness.
