Ter Dolen Winter is a dark winter ale from Kasteelbrouwerij Ter Dolen, brewed on the grounds of a 16th-century castle estate in Limburgian Wilderen. This abbey beer blends rich malt character with cinnamon and local honey, creating a warming and layered profile. At 9.1% ABV, it delivers a full body with spiced and honeyed complexity. The beer presents a deep brown colour with a light tan head. On the nose, alcoholic warmth and sweet aromas emerge with cognac-like undertones.
