Second Date is a Refurbished Double IPA from Rock City Brewing in Amersfoort. The concept is distinctive: the brewery reuses the hop slurry from a previous IPA when brewing this new creation, resulting in a refined yet assertive flavour profile.

The nose delivers full citrus tones supported by tropical fruit notes. On the palate, grapefruit and citrus dominate, with hints of tropical fruit and a subtle caramel undertone. The finish is warm and soft, with pleasant bitterness that integrates well.

At 7.5% ABV, Second Date offers the strength of a double IPA without heaviness. This is a beer that balances refinement and robustness.
