Spectrum Shift is a triple dry-hopped triple IPA from Pühaste Brewery in Estonia, brewed in collaboration with Rivington. This hazy golden beer bursts with character, showing bright fruit, lush citrus and resinous hop notes in the aroma. The malt bill combines barley, oat and wheat, while four hop varieties—Citra, Idaho 7, Idaho 7 DynaBoost and Krush HyperBoost—drive the hoppy profile.

The flavour opens with fruity, peppery notes of apricot and passionfruit, backed by a full body and warming alcohol at 10%. The finish is dry and assertively bitter, with lingering hop bitterness that defines this ambitious triple IPA.
