Haarlem shuffle
Haarlem Shuffle is a crisp and distinctly hoppy IPA from Jopen Bier, the Netherlands' largest independent craft brewery. Founded in 1994 to mark Haarlem's 750th anniversary, Jopen set out to rediscover historic beer recipes while embracing new flavours and creative brewing possibilities.
Haarlem Shuffle delivers an enjoyable blend of citrus and resinous character. The nose shows fresh citrus notes, while the palate remains hoppy and bright with citrus undertones. The finish turns drier and more savoury, with resinous qualities that reinforce the IPA's assertive hop identity.
At 6% ABV, this is an accessible IPA that balances fresh citrus aromatics with the clean, bitter finish that defines the style.
