Häffner-Bräu's Hopfenstopfer Incredible Pale Ale is a quad-hop IPA from Bad Rappenau, Germany, brewed with Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, Saphir and Taurus hops. At 6.1% ABV and 55 IBU, this unfiltered dark golden ale balances biscuity malt with assertive hop character. The nose displays tropical fruit, citrus and subtle spice. On the palate, tangerine and mango notes emerge alongside dank, herbal and slightly floral hop qualities. The finish is dry and bitter without excess, lingering cleanly.
