Birra Dolomiti Rossa is a Bock from Italy's Dolomite region, brewed by Fabbrica di Pedavena in Veneto. This double malt beer carries forward a brewing tradition dating back to 1896, when the Luciani brothers established their brewery in Pedavena, drawn by the area's excellent water quality. The Rossa is defined by its deep amber colour and full, malt-driven character. Roasted malt forms the flavour foundation, layered with intense caramel notes and a subtle bitter edge. The beer presents a sweet, spicy nose and balances malt sweetness with toasted grain complexity throughout. At 6.7% ABV, it delivers warmth without harshness. This is a beer rooted in Italian terroir, using 100% Italian barley grown in the mountain valleys below.
