Birra Dolomiti Non Filtrata from Fabbrica di Pedavena is an unfiltered lager born in the Italian Dolomites. The brewery, established in 1897 by the Luciani brothers, draws on Pedavena's exceptional spring water for its brewing. Double fermentation in the cellar and extended maturation create a distinctly creamy character. Left unfiltered and unpasteurised, the beer retains natural vitality and depth. At 5.8% ABV, it displays fruity and floral notes with a bitter finish that balances the malt-driven palate.
