Pico Nova is an alcohol-free West Coast IPA from Brussels Beer Project, the Brussels-based brewing collective that began reimagining Belgian beer a decade ago. At 0.3% ABV, this beer defies its low alcohol content with classic hoppy bitterness balanced by surprising roasted chocolate and toasted grain notes. Brewed with pale ale malt, roasted grains and spelt, and hopped with Cascade, Chinook and Sorachi Ace, Pico Nova delivers a full-bodied experience despite its minimal alcohol. Citrus-forward hop character meets subtle chocolate undertones, finishing dry and assertively bitter—proof that low alcohol need not mean low flavour.
