Bière des Ours has been the flagship of Brasserie La Binchoise since 1995, brewed in Binche. This strong blonde ale draws its distinctive character from three carefully selected honey essences chosen by the Master Brewer. The result is deceptively sweet without being cloying, with fruity and floral notes woven throughout by the honey. The aroma is powerful and inviting, with prominent honey, fruit, and floral character. On the palate, sweetness leads, balanced by a fine bitterness that prevents one-dimensionality. At 8.5% alcohol, warmth builds gradually, leaving a pleasant length in the mouth. This is a beer that combines refinement with genuine character.
