Wispe Stroes IPA is brewed in Weesp, where three brothers Jerrit, Jitze and Remko Vellenga revived craft brewing in 2009, restoring a city with brewing roots stretching back to the 14th century. This IPA pours dark gold with a full hop character and white head. The aroma brings citrus and tropical fruit notes, while the palate is fresh and fruity. At 5.9% ABV, this is an approachable hop-forward beer that balances aroma with drinkability. Wispe follows traditional brewing with water, malt, hops and yeast.
