Heuvelrug Blond is a full-bodied regional beer reintroduced in 2024 by Bird Brewery in collaboration with Nationaal Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Brewed with entirely natural ingredients, it distinguishes itself through the addition of field sage, hand-harvested from the national park, lending the beer a distinctive spiced character.

At 6% alcohol, it delivers a full, rounded flavour with sweet undertones while remaining crisp and highly drinkable. Clear malt notes, citrus fruit hints and hop bitterness combine to create a balanced regional beer that captures the essence of the Heuvelrug landscape.
